Placing an order

Please be advised that if paying by check your order will be processed 5 business days from receipt.

Shipping

All orders ship from Los Angeles, California and have a standard delivery time of 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available; please see price chart for details. Boom's preferred carrier is UPS, which offers Ground, Express and Overnight service. Considerably large orders which require transit via truck will be individually assessed and shipped with the most cost effective carrier for your area. Some orders with varied product shape and size may arrive in separate boxes. Orders received Monday thru Thursday will be processed within 24 hours. Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your order. Please be aware that some of our items are oversized and will therefore incur additional charges for delivery. Any order which requires a pallet will incur a $13.00 charge.

Cancellation Policy

In the case that you need to cancel your order, you have approximately 24 hours from time of purchase to do so. Simply fax a note to 310.202.1293 indicating that you wish to cancel your order and include your name, address, phone number and order number. You may also send an email with the information described above to [email protected] with "cancel order" in the subject line. All cancel requests will be honored whenever possible. If the cancellation request is received after the merchandise has shipped, the customer must refer to our return policy.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with Boom's product is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it to us please do so within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Credit will be applied in the manner in which you purchased the product.

Please follow these steps to return your item:

  1. Email or fax us to inform of the intent to return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number, then follow the below listed steps.
  2. Pack merchandise in its original box and include all packing materials, including all Styrofoam and cardboard pieces.*
  3. Include a copy of your receipt.
  4. Include a note indicating the reason for return.
  5. We highly recommend you send your return with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and insurance. Boom is not responsible for lost mail or items that arrive damaged. COD deliveries will be refused.

*merchandise not returned in its original box exactly as received or damaged will receive only partial credit based on its appearance.

Exchange Policy

To return merchandise for exchange of another product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email or fax us to inform of the intent to exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number, then follow the below listed steps.
  2. Pack merchandise in its original box with all packing materials, including all Styrofoam and cardboard pieces.*
  3. Include a copy of your receipt.
  4. Include a note indicating the reason for return and which merchandise you would like to exchange it for. Note the exchange item's sku and description for clarification.
  5. Provide credit card in the instance of excess payment.
  6. We highly recommend you send your return with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and insurance. Boom is not responsible for lost mail or items that arrive damaged. COD deliveries will be refused.

*merchandise not returned in its original box exactly as received or damaged will receive only partial credit based on its appearance.
